Bright Porch Properties Corporation (BrightPorch) is a commercial property management business and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spin Properties Inc. Currently, BrightPorch manages over 25 properties in 6 states for entities owned by a Wichita family.

BrightPorch was originally formed as the Fidelity Management Corporation (FMC) in 1971, to manage two of the first garden apartment complexes in Wichita: Indian Hills and Danish Village. For the next fifty years, FMC managed about 1,000 multi-family units principally in Wichita and Topeka. In 2019, FMC underwent a rebranding and changed its name to BrightPorch Properties Corporation. Two years later, the family ownership sold all of their multi-family units and continues to expand a portfolio of net-lease, commercial real estate properties.
